My goal as a coach is simple, Create a safe space for you to explore getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. This is how change happens. I am your resource to approach movement in a safe but challenging way. My coaching emphasizes managing stress, not only in workouts but also in our life outside the gym. What we learn and how we respond to these moments of stress become tools for handling it better. Come stimulate your body, mind and spirit with a workout aimed toward sustainability, functionality, and longevity. You never know what you will discover along the way, perhaps a love and appreciation for your body's capabilities.
