About Dan
Dan Krall, NSCA-CPT; has been a fitness coach since graduating from the National Personal Training Institute in 2011. His specialties are strength training, mobility work, body composition improvement, and nutrition coaching. His goal is to help you achieve yours by creating a positive relationship with your body, the way you move it, and the food with which you fuel it–while having a great time in the process. He holds a B.A in Theatre and English Literature from Loyola University Chicago and has a toddler at home, so if he looks tired--it's because he is.
