Yin Yoga can also help release deep seated tension and emotions. This class is for all levels for the 'athlete' (especially you runners) in all of us!
Mat Pilates is a class that uses mindful movement to build strength, beginning with the abdomen, lower back and hips. While taking this class, you will also emphasize on body alignment, posture and breathing. A series of consecutive stretching and strengthening exercises are performed on the floor using tools such as your own body weight, Pilates rings, blocks and light dumbbells.
Barre Infusion quickly and safely reshapes the entire body in a fat burning fashion. This class is a low impact, 50 minute workout that features 30 minutes of center floor ballet inspired movements, muscle-shaping isometrics at the barre, and 20 minutes of Pilates core work. This class targets all major muscle groups, challenges balance, increases flexibility and improves posture. The results feature tighter legs and butt, sculpted arms, and a stronger core. Gripper socks not necessary, but helpful.
