Erik Marthaler, co-founder of Lateral Fitness, has over 14 years of experience in the fitness world. He has a Bachelors in Science degree with a focus of Kinesiology: Exercise Science and Fitness from Illinois State University.
Scott McWilliam, co-founder of Lateral Fitness, and founder of Strictly Muscles has been involved in the fitness industry since 2004. As a MATm specialist, Scott focuses primarily on improving the muscular system by "jump-starting" inefficient muscles, by allowing them to contract shorten properly.
A graduate from Grand Valley State University and the National Personal Training Institute with a certification in Personal Training and Nutrition.
Definitely not a stranger to Chicago fitness and city-life, Lisa is a girl-about-the-town and someone you should know!
Mike has earned multiple certifications over his 20 years as a personal trainer from organizations such as ACE and ACSM. Most recently Mike earned his Corrective exercise Certification from NASM in the winter of 2014.
Shelby believes that fitness is an integral part of living a long and happy life and as a personal trainer, it's her goal to make exercising fun, exciting and challenging.
Hope Radtke, is a NASM- CPT, FNS and YES (National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist). Fitness, nutrition and teaching are Hope’s passions!
Daniel helps clients achieve their leanest, firmest, and best bodies through strength training. His goal is to help everyone who is tired of “spinning their wheels,” and want to end the frustration of ineffective exercise programs and diets that fail to deliver.
For the past 15 years Martin Kimpston (NSCA-CPT, MATs) has been working in the fitness industry occupying numerous roles. His career began immediately following college graduation, where he worked as a fitness specialist and front desk attendant.
Molly discovered pilates in 2008 as a new way to challenge her exercise routine and became hooked after her first mat pilates class. She loved the way it made her feel, look, and act. She has always been involved in sports and enthusiastic about health and fitness.
Karen Nachtigall enjoys an active lifestyle. As a college athlete she played volleyball and learned the value of living in a healthy body. She began her yoga practice over ten years ago in California after college.
David is an exercise physiologist, sponsored by Red Bull and Under Armour, who is passionate about leading people to fitness through smarter training and a stronger mindset.
Sarah Alysse Rosner is certified in Stott Pilates®, Total Barre™, Cardiolates® , and obtains a BFA in Musical Theater from Columbia College Chicago. She specializes in Athletic Conditioning and Post Rehabilitation. Sarah's training philosophy is that if you motivate the mind the body will follow.
Dr. Daniel Kirk enjoys working with patients of all ages, especially sports-related injuries and workplace ergonomic issues. Specifically, he was a team doctor for Montini Catholic High School and worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital teaching nurses proper ergonomic techniques.
Eric Mills started Flow Physical Therapy to provide individualized, one-on-one care to the community of Chicago. Flow uses the most up to date, research based techniques to create personalized programs for each individual's specific injury.
The majority of Ryan's clients achieved positive results when focusing on movement education and behavioral changes. With Ryan's support, his clients were able to be present in their training which allowed them to make improvements to their overall lifestyle.
Mike Perrozzi is a Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) practitioner and NASM certified strength and conditioning coach. With over seven years in the fitness industry, he has used MAT therapy and resistance training specialist (RTS) principles to help my clientele lead strong, healthy, pain free lifestyles where improved muscular output is a constant goal.
Lindsey has been a trainer for over 10 years acquiring a great amount of experience with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She has a great passion for motivating and inspiring others to achieve life changing results through exercise. Lindsey always says you only have one body! YOLO
I have been helping Chicagoans reach their individual fitness goals since 2004. I enjoy the fact that everybody has unique needs. One session I might be using plyometrics and jumping around with lots of movements, and the next hour I might be using isometrics( little to no movement), and the next person I train might need both!
