Hope Radtke is a NASM- CPT, FNS and YES (National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist). Fitness, nutrition and teaching are Hope’s passions! As a fitness professional and enthusiast, she’s tried every popular exercise, including distance running, CrossFit, CorePower Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Boxing, Martial Arts and swimming, just to a name a few (the list goes on)!
Hope’s specialty is in small group personal training and she has over 5 years personal training experience. In addition to fitness and nutrition, Hope is passionate about educating children. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree in Bilingual Bicultural Education, and a National Board Certification as a Middle Childhood Generalist. She has over 9 years of classroom experience, teaching a variety of ages, ranging from 4-12 years old. She also has extensive experience teaching diverse learners, special-needs children, and English language learners.
