High Intensity & Circuit Training
QuickFit is a 30 minute circuit training class that uses free weights, weight machines and cardio bursts in timed intervals. This is a great class to get a quick workout in, that will still make you stronger and burn those calories, during a lunch break or when you thought you didn’t have time to get to the gym! All Levels Welcome - Have some knowledge of the proper usage of weights please.
Recruit is a circuit training interval class that works the muscular and cardiovascular system as a whole. High intensity interval training has been proven to burn more calories, while making you stronger than many other workouts out there. In this class we incorporate bodyweight, freeweight and cardiovascular intervals into one intense and fun hour. Using a heart rate monitor and calorie counter has proven this class can burn in the upwards of up to 800 calories an hour! Intermediate to Advanced with prior fitness experience, knowledge of form and a good cardiovascular base.

TACFIT also focuses on increasing your range of motion to create a pain-free body.
This 45 minute calorie burner is a high intensity circuit class using the steppers, weighted bar and dumbbells, bodyweight, and other effective equipment giving you a great workout to start your day.
The class is an energy blaster and high impact. All fitness levels are welcome.
Take your endurance to the next level with this intense total body conditioning class! The class cycles through timed circuits, 8 minutes of strength circuits and 4 minutes of cardio and core work! This fast-paced class makes for a nonstop body burn! PowerHour is suitable for all fitness levels. The timed circuits allow students to workout at their own pace and modifications to exercises will be provided.
This total body class combines heavy strength training principles & circuit training. Each workout includes some combination of the 5 basic compound lifts: Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Back Row, Deadlift, & Squat. All levels welcome.

This calorie burning class will include TRX & ROGUE suspension training, Kettlebell and weight training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and core work.
In this class, we will target on strength building, muscular endurance and metabolic efficiency.
This HIIT interval class will incorporate strength training, TRX & Rogue suspension training, as well as body weight exercises organized in timed circuits. This class is efficient will have the same format, but different full body exercises each week. It is fast-paced and intended for those who want a high caloric/high intensity workout in 45 min. All fitness levels welcome.
