Daniel offers private and semi-private training that focuses on Russian-style Kettlebell, which is a world-class system of strength training that will give you great muscle tone, a leaner body, and more energy in record time. Kettlebell also combines cardio and flexibility, making for a time-saving and highly effective workout.
Daniel has been teaching the StrongFirst style of kettlebell training for five years, and is a certified Kettlebell Instructor. He has also been certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and helps people move better and safely with his certification in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and study of Original Strength (OS.)
Daniel’s degrees include a B.S. in Microbiology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a law degree from the University of Chicago. Yet his greatest passion has been, and always will be, fitness and helping others achieve it.
